Returns

How to Return  

 

Send us an email at Kokomistlabel@gmail.com with your details and an address will be forwarded to you for return and exchange for a new swimwear.  Fees may apply. No returns on worn swimwear. 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

Send us an email at Kokomistlabel@gmail.com with your details and what damages or incorrect items they are and a member of our staff will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Unfortunately if the swimwear have been worn and damaged by customer, there will be no return or exchange for the item. 

 

Exchanges only no refunds

 

Exchanges can be made if the swimwear has not been damaged after arriving to you, nor worn. If you aren’t happy with your order please email us at kokomistlabel@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible
